Are Snell 2010 rated helmets still ok to use?

Looking for a set of tires in the 185/60/14 size. Anything will do as long as they hold air

why not just keep it simple? the more and more indexes that get added, the more the club moves away from the fun/laid back aspect and gets into that all that SCCA confusion and annoyance.

really need some more venues. 12 of 20 events are Harry Grove?

The drive to bowie is what i dislike and smallness of frederick has gotten old.

I know it isn't listed in the FAQ but curious if they fall into the small bore or not.

I know some of you have these and I'm just curious how reliable they are. I'm looking at 05 with 78k that looks clean in and out. Anything weird one should know about them from a non auto cross perspective?

I know there are plenty of places around (I am near chantilly va)

I just don't like the idea of walking in to a bunch of places, getting quotes, just going on quesitonable reviews from online resources.

I'll have to check them out, never had to do this before so hoping some place will be nice to me, why I like recommendations.

I'd rather drive the Frederick MD than any place near or off of 95 or the belt way though if the price is right, doedsn't matter. The machine shop places, they will do full or partial builds and other stuff? guess I read machine shop and it screws with the mind. hoping to the place could do the buil...

Can someone recommend me a few places to check out to see about getting an engine redone and some possible clutch replacement work in Northern VA?
Also look for a decent shop for some body work.

Love this place and the event. First event I was able to get to this year and I'm glad I made it. As I said in the other thread. Wish there could be more events here.

I wish there were more events here. Lot is a great size, there is lots the course designers could do. it too bad participation here is so low because I'd rather events be here than, say, Frederick, lot is way to small and Bowie is a haul to get to. same with woodbridge, wish we could get more events...

Need a recommendation for a decent shop to get a head checked for flatness and resurfaced if necessary. really needs to be reasonably priced as well. I live near Chantilly, VA.
