Thanks Yes Rocker arm stud. I was talking a guy at one shop that said the stud (pressed in) could be replaced with the head on the car. But got some conflicting information from another shop that said the head had to come off and they also needed to check the values to ensure no additional damage. S...

My engine failed in my 77 Vette. It was a YearOne Crate 350 making 400+ HP. Broken stud and bent push rod. Looking for recommendations for someone experience in rebuilding Chevy engines. I was looking through an old HDD and found this piece of history. My very first AutoX in a 1977, 180HP, 3700lbs corvette. Notice the form (arm outside of the windows) and incredible speed.
