Re: WTB (borrow/rent) '96 Miata Airbag module

I think we can close this out... Looking at it I don't think the hassle of sourcing a new computer will be worth the effort in the long run. I'll just make a couple minor adjustments to get the SRS light to come on, then shut off.

WTB (borrow/rent) '96 Miata Airbag module

So I purchased another NA to replace the one that got wrecked over the winter and didn't think much of the airbag light being on (since the airbags in them suck and are more likely to damage the car and injure the occupants if/when they do go off). Fast forward to Monday when I took the Miata in for...

1993 Mazda Miata (Parts Car)

It's with a heavy heart that I admit defeat when it comes to the little red(ish) Miata that's treated me so well for the past 4-5 years... In November I was commuting to work and a MASSIVE 7-axle Construction Dump truck cut across a two lane road in an attempt to catch an exit they were about to mis...

Re: WTB: Stock NA Miata wheels

Lol, that works for me Rocky. Bring the FD by one weekend and we'll swap wheels. Then just bring them back at the end of the season, or their lifespan (whichever comes first).

Re: WTB: Stock NA Miata wheels

Unfortunately I drive an easy 20k+ a year commuting from Crofton to Alexandria for work. I'm thinking my best bet will be to just get the second set and have it dedicated to fun times. I'll probably actually end up leaving the more performance oriented tires on for a month or two during the spring a...

WTB: Stock NA Miata wheels

Newblet here! I just did my first CDC event on the 9th and it became quickly apparent that my current tires are NOT suited for auto-x. I'm looking to buy a spare set of wheels for my NA Miata. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just something I can use to mount a sticky(er) set of tires on so I don...

Re: FS: 14x6 Wheels - Springs - Brake Pads + Free Stuff

If the wheels have not sold yet... I would be more than happy to take them! I went to the event this weekend and used my old 400 treadwear economy commuter tires.... Not to blame the tires, but it was BAD! If the previous buyer backed out or is on the fence please consider selling the wheels to me. ...

Re: FS: 14x6 Wheels - Springs - Brake Pads + Free Stuff

If the wheels/tires are still available I'll take them! My 400 treadwear all-seasons were rather disappointing this weekend, I'd def like to remedy that without necessarily burning through nice rubber during the daily commute..

Thanks,
