Thanks for the feedback, guys! Rob is definitely taking notes about what people liked and didn't like. He definitely had to rush towards the end in order to meet the lunch timeframe. He said next time he will start around 2 a.m. instead of 4 a.m. Rest assured, probably never see sugar like that agai...

Rob has promised vast improvements in the future: start earlier, layout the sauces and sides better, etc.

I figure the sides that would hold up the best would be potato salad, mac-n-cheese, beans, slaw for sammiches (or as a side).
