OMG! I rocked the course. Fastest NA car and 8th fastest of the day in index.

But sometimes it's hard to identify those non-working people unless you know who is supposed to be at what spots.You don't have to chase them down and get them to work either, just make it clear if you don't work you don't get a time and after more then 1 abuse you don't get to comeback for a while....

don't you love software updates that fubar everything.

great course! Fun day over all and am really starting to like summit point. Now if we could only get them to do something about the traction compound.

yeah there are alot of concerns and side issues that go with prepayment. but unfortunately it's the only way to protect the club from no shows. Especially if they are counting on X many cars showing up to be abel to pay for the lot and then a bunch don't show in the afternoon it could be really bad....

The only issue I can for see with people showing up or not showing up late is the registration fees, and knowing if you'll have enough to cover the lot. I prefer the idea of heats with 6 runs like the scca does. as a worker your stuck out there for longer but if you take water it isn't so bad. But as a driver I would rather keep the track fresh in my mind.

I enjoyed the lot in the afternoon for the most part the morning was not so much fun. The varying degrees of grip could be made to work for my self if I set it up right and started weight shifting before the grip levels changed and used it to get more grip or rotation out of the car. my post was in little regard to this past weekends course but more in getting members involved past the point of just racing and getting more idea's out in the open.

well to go off topic yes it is. makes me very excited to run there.

I understand it's more involved then throwing down some lines on a piece of paper. But maybe the lead designers can put up the basic safety requirements (ie: how far away from lamp poles and curbs...) and other pertinent info for a basic design then out of the good ones work more closely with people...

Just a thought I had to maybe get some new designs going, is why not have a contest for designs,and if your track gets used you race for free that day.
