Plan is to be there on street tires, but I am tempted to put the "fast" set-up on and make a spirited effort towards FTD. Doubt I can do on a more point and shoot CDC course, though.

Wont be there for this one. Friends wedding at 6:30PM that day in Bristol, VA. I was going to do the morning runs, but my girlfriend would have castrated me for sticking her outside all done up before the wedding  . We compromised, so hopefully see some of you guys at the fedex event the next day. Again, helping out a friend in his black m3.

I was born and raised in Bristol. All I can say is take your own fun with you. It's pretty depressing to go back there now. As a matter of fact, I'll be there this weekend visiting family. The ETRSCCA chapter used to put on what appeared to be a great autocross event at the local speedway, but it appears to have been replaced by this...

Ahh, that's the Bristol I remember.

You'll be fine then. Just watch out for the cow pies. ;)

It is a scenic area. Biking around there was great.

To the organizers, would you guys mind if someone from the local newspaper (winchester star) came out to run story?
Could be some free advertising, I'm fairly sure there are a a few poeple around the winchester area who don't know that you guys run events there but would like to participate

Great event, I enjoyed the transition to the 2nd 'loop' very much.

But...I am pretty sure i left my blue camping chair there :(

Anybody happen to grab it?

It was close to the fence near the end of the slalom. I was too distracted trying to get to my bag of other stuff that was soaking and forgot all about the chair

That course was simply awesome. I set a new personal best, and then realized halfway through my last run that I hadn't disabled traction/stability control all day. I could have been even faster...

Great course - easy to learn but tough to master! Loved that the first loop was made up of different types of turns.

Awesome course today, really makes me sad that I was unavailable for the other two events at JWHS this year. The drive out there and back is nice, too.

I think we picked up your chair & stuck it in the equipment trailer. We'll be out at the 9/24 event in Frederick.

Awesome, thanks so much I come to practically every event (missed 2 due to car trouble) and will try and find it at the 9/24 one!

+1 on the course. Really liked the new layout, very challenging loops in the front with a surprising amount of speed across the middle. Cheers to Larry!
