I plan to tow my 1964 Austin Healey Sprite there. With a 5.88 rear the top speed is only 50 mph.

TR has a brake line issue with fluid leaking out of reservior line. I need to replace lines and re-bleed. Not hard but time consuming...

That, and we just wanted to break in the motor before switching to fuel injection. Ed has the Webers dialed in better than ever, so if the Megasquirt doesn't pan out, we can always go back to carbs.

I lowered my AP1 s2000 and I want to roll the fenders. Does anyone have a fender roller I can borrow/rent?
Thanks

Wow, must be mad low, or mad wide tires. Awesome either way....my inner DUBBER is pleased! :D

I've seen a few guys that rent threm out on the local forums (S200.com, bimmerforums, m3forum, etc.). Or you can always splurge, buy one from Eastwood (249), then be the first to rent it out to folks! Excited to see the car, though - should look great!

Heat up the fender before you roll it so you're less likely to crack the paint.

Go on s2ki.com and message olegator. He's local and rolls everyone's fenders. Does a great job.

Most people go to him, as the S2000's fenders are fairly brittle and easy to screw up, from what I've heard. Let me know how it goes if you do it yourself - im doing it this winter.

Had a great time both days. The weather wasnt too bad on both days. Thanks to the organizers for putting it together, getting the runs in around the weather, and improvising in the afternoons to combine groups to get everyone through.

I finally got in some good (to me) times on sunday. Need to figure out how to get decent times in earlier runs. Looking forward to the next event.

I had a Blast i'm mad because I put my stock wheels back on because of the rain and then it didn't rain. But then when it did and I had only 1 run left then the Lightning started so ended that. lol what ever still had a blast!

Also I think I for ever now what to work the start tent. Finally a position that I did not get "yelled" at and I enjoyed even in the rain.
Even had fun trying to help some people out telling them where they went off course.
Loved it.

I enjoyed bringing the wagon out for the first time in 4 years! Sure beats the old bmw for excitement. Great to see everyone again!

And thanks to Fred and Wade for the wheels and tires!

^Bummed I didn't get a ride in the wagon.

Great seeing all the familiar faces, and those that I haven't seen in a LONG time (Truckster, Calvin, etc). Now where the heck is Chris Delia? Someone should drag him out here. Hopefully I'll have the Miata ready by the next event.

Ed O, Believe it or not, Chris showed up about 10 minutes after you left and hung out the rest of the day on Saturday!

It was my first event with this club and I had a great time. It was fun to meet a bunch of people and start to figure out how to drive an AWD car in anger. One thing about autocross groups; they sure are friendly and helpful! Looking forward to future events.

cheers,
John

John, with the 2013 Audi TTRS?
I came up and talked to you first thing in the morning. You should also try and sign up for the T&T to get more runs out of your car.
That and so I can stair at it more.

Yep, that was me. Thanks for coming up and introducing yourself. I had other things I needed to do on Sunday or I would have come to that as well. I was just starting to figure out how to rotate it a bit in my last run or two and would like to get a bit more practice flicking it around and getting a better feel of the brakes. Oh, and also learn how to drive better :D

cheers,
John

I rented the roller from olegator, did the rolling myself, took my time and came out great!
