Thanks for the fast turnaround on the results Mike! Props to Larry for the course-- this might have been the best ever for using every possible square inch of Harry Grove.

Abby M and I ran Richard's Morgan +8 not the miata, since I didn't bring it and the Sprite lost it's brakes. So we are also not in Small Bore so you can remove us from Small Bore. I don't think either of us care but it may make a difference in the Small Bore Points.

Thanks for the fast turn around.

I also liked the course. Larry did well!

You can thank me for the fact that it didn't really rain. I didn't wash the Mustang. :P

what happened to the Lotus? He got lost and did a full tight circle around one of the pointers, crossing the ditch with his wheels almost at full lock....then had a really wierd low speed half spin later in the run. Next time I saw the car, it was being winched onto a rollback in the upper lot, with what looked like a bunch of POSITIVE camber on the right front. :o

Not totally sure. Someone said that the driver thought something might have broke on the way to the event that morning (he heard/felt something). Then when he took off at the autocross, the control arm broke. I didn't really go further in depth on the story, but sounded like the failure actually happened on the way to the event.

The lotus suffered a broken RR toe link. It snapped the bolt on the inner end.

The Caption in the Small Bore and Index Points page is incorrect (Drop 6 lowest events). The Caption should say "Top 9 Events will be counted." This wording was changed when last year the number of events being cancelled caused a slight problem. So rather than "Dropping" a number of events, we decided to "Count" 9 events.

Just wanted to say thanks to all of the organizers for another great weekend of AX and TNT! Also special thanks to the Mikes for driving my genesis during the TNT break. You guys showed me what it could really do, and I dropped my time by almost a full second in the afternoon!!

On a side note, I don't suppose anyone captured my spinout when it was raining during TNT? :D

We had an awesome time on Saturday and are looking in to actually joining the club! It was only my second time (in 7 years) on an autox course but had a blast... I'm going to be faster next time. In addition to all the cool photos on CDC's Flicker page we figured we'd post a link for everyone to see some of the photos we took... and if anyone's interested in any of them feel free to contact us through our contact page. Happy Motoring!
