July event course

Post by jmac »

I was thinking about using an old course design for the July autocross. I took pictures of many of the layouts and I,ll try to get them up on the site and maybe get a little feed back.

I will say the event on the 21st was probably the best course I have driven at Harry Grove, surprisingly long and fun. If you can keep any of those design elements in mind that would be great!

I agree,

I liked the cross in the middle as opposed to a pinch, if that makes any sense

Yea, the course at HGS last weekend was great! But it sure made my suspension work. I heard noises I've never heard before! Mabye it's just the fact that it's 28 years old!!

no joke...my rcomps took a beating on that course as did my camber plates. I was hearing some loud knocks out of the camber plates on the sweeper near the lot entrance (just over the swale)

Yea I didn't worry about it too much because I towed my car there. But I'm driving my car to the next event so if it's anything like the last course I'm gonna have to take it easy! BTW, anybody know if they ever got that purple Mini running again?
