I know scheduling is really difficult and I am sure you are trying to figure it out, but please try to avoid mid season conflicts with Fed Ex as much as possible. They have events 6/07, 6/30,7/28,& 8/4. I want to do as many CDC events as I can.

Shouldn't be too much of a problem since SCCA's points events are Sundays (except for the ProSolo which looks like it's saturday 6/8) and our events are on Saturdays. Since at least 4 of the organizers regularly run with SCCA it's something we try to keep an eye on.

I think WDCR site has an error. The Pro Solo event is 6/08 (Saturday) not 6/07 (Friday) according to the national site: http://www.scca.com/solo/content.cfm?cid=44512&tag=62

All National events technically start on Fri with practice/registration...

Just curious, do the first event / test & tune of the season usually fill up quickly? I'm not a member yet but still am really looking forward to the events...

The first few events and the last few events tend to get full. If you plan to join the club, you may make a reservation during the "members only" period (when it opens) by typing "I will join the club at this event" in the Notes Section. Otherwise, your reservation request will be rejected.

The Hylton HS (Woodbridge, VA) dates are now confirmed for Saturday July 13 and Saturday July 27th. I'll update when the James Wood (Winchester dates) are confrimed. Once all the dates are confirmed I'll load them in to the "Schedule" tab.

I just finished dry walling my storage room in my basement and have an enormous pile of scrap pieces of drywall, would you guys like to have some for cone tracing? I don't know how rapidly we go through the stuff over a season...let me know and I'll hang on to it if you'd like it

Yes, we will take the drywall pieces!

Ok, I'll bring them to the first event, but i have some 150 square feet of the stuff , mostly in 2 foot by 4 foot slabs, how much of it would you like?

I'll take as much as you can comfortable put in your car. We have two trailers and both can hold drywall.

We just learned of a conflict with James Wood on 6/15/13. So we have to cancel that event. We are trying to find another date. Otherwise, we will have one less event.
