Sweet dude, I'll be there on new tires, I'm now 245 section instead of 225, this combined with my sparkly red paint has bestowed unto the rx8 an additional 10 imaginary(or is it?!) horsepowers! :o

Well, I have a coolant leak of unknown origin, but I wanted to say a big THANK YOU! to Josh and Mike for letting me have my way with their cars in my hour of need! :D

In spite of the leak, I did drive home successfully and in typical motorsport fashion, without incident except when I was trying to compete  But I did manage to have an additional 10 horsepower thanks to my new Sticker! :o

Oh BTW my magnetic numbers are missing, last seen on Josh's FRS, they were white and some permutation of 6 3 and 9 :?

the Mini popped a coolant leak again... same thing as the last auto-x. Didn't even make it past the course testing runs. The dealer thought they fixed it after replacing the water pump and cooling fan. We dropped it back off and they're going to fix it while we're out at Nationals. Hopefully they get it right this time. Really not looking forward to this car going out of warranty...

Thanks Kamran for letting me drive the M3. It was a blast.

Great time as always, though I wish I had some more rest prior. I'm ecstatic it made all the runs and didn't puke any gear oil. Hmm, maybe I should check it and see if there is any in the rear.... :D

Here's the incar of my best run. It'll probably cause nausea.

Once again a great event. Even with a full field we still managed to get done by 4. The organizers did a great job on making that happen. One of the reasons I like participating in CDC events, always smooth without being uptight.

I was finally able to find low 45s, 12 runs into it. Better late than never. I think/hope I've figured out what the new wheel/tires like. Looking forward to next event.

Josh here. I meant to message you about that. They are in my car. I forgot that I put them in the pouch behind the passengers seat.

I'll be at the next CDC event in Frederick and will bring them with me. If you need them before that, let me know and we can arrange some way to get them to you.

Not a bug.... it is a feature! Oil and Water leaks are the authentic British contribution to the Mini! :D

FYI.... when Mini replaced my aux cooling quizmo under factory recall..... the plastic thermostat housing immediately sprung a leak... not covered.

There was a photographer for the Washington Post there. One of the organizers asked him if he had a web site and that the participants would be interested in see the photos. He replied that he does not have a site (but probably should). The organizer told him that he can post on the CDC Flickr site. Don't know if he will or not...
