Are Snell 2010 rated helmets still ok to use?

Yup
CDC is good with a DOT certified helmet (look for sticker on exterior rear of helmet)
However, Snell 2010 is also still good for quite a while with SCCA as well. (many other groups use them as the standard). http://cdn.growassets.net/user_files/sc ... 1450109868
The "SA" or "M" 2000's are not eligible anymore after this year. So, you likely have another 10 years of autocross use out of that helmet.
That is, if the liner doesnt become too gross after that long
