EVO Esploded
So the clutch completely melted on my way to my hockey game after the AUTOX. Had to be towed from the rink home. Anyone want to offer anything interesting for me to CO-drive next event? Somehting not AWD preferably. I can pay your entry fee.

Re: EVO Esploded
So- you fried your clutch and your member number is three sixes & you want to borrow a car? You're welcome to drive mine if you like to try a stock class mx5.

Your car would be out classed in stock classhepcatz wrote:So- you fried your clutch and your member number is three sixes & you want to borrow a car? You're welcome to drive mine if you like to try a stock class mx5.
I would offer mine, but I probably won't be in the rx7 at Frederick and you don't want to drive either of my other cars . If I do end up bringing it I'll let you know.

Re: EVO Esploded
If you let me co-drive your EVO sometime next year I just might let you co-drive my Civic...Let me know if you're interested.
Re: EVO Esploded
I went through 3 stock clutches on my old Evo in 15000 miles and I don't slip much during my launches. It is a weak point of the car. Sorry to see that happened...

Re: EVO Esploded
Ok, now on Monday night I hit a deer with my daily driver. Guess it was just not my week. So now I have an inoperative EVO and a civic hatch with giant dents in the driver fender, no side mirror, fur around the door handle, blood behind the door and the door opens into the fender.
Miata might be fun
Fit scares me cause I feel like I would flip it
Civic maybe
Going to see if there are any other offer

You can't flip the fit unless you hit a curb, trust me.

Re: EVO Esploded
If you do fry the clutch on the fit, I'll have an excuse to put a better-than-stock one in it.

Re: EVO Esploded
dude, now that is funny! Please do not help him make that Fit go better, it already does too well and is quite embarrassing to the rest of us in sporty cars that he blows right by.
