I didn't know about the squirrel. Did he make it to safety? I don't remember anyone mentioning hitting a squirrel.

Hey,

Could you guys check Kyle Cookmeyer's timesheet (Estoril Blue M3)? He is under the impression that he received a 46.XX during his morning runs. Thanks.

My bad, I guess I just looked for a white BMW M something. As for your boring car situation how about you go all out and get a wagon, everyone always gets pictures of my in all my stealthy glory! ;)

Yeah the squirrel was fine . . . he wasn't actually even close to being hit, but the camera angle made it look interesting.
Looks a lot like the squirrel from ICE AGE running around with that nut in his mouth doesn't he?

Hey Mike,

Its Kyle Cookmeyer with the blue M3 from heat 4.

I am 100% sure I got a 46.xx on my 3rd run out of 4. It was my only clean run as well. If its possible for you all to look at my time sheet. I know that 49.99 is wrong because I never got a .99 in any of my runs. It was either a .1 .3 or .7

Interesting the wheels we picked up, the front wheel on a rwd car and rear wheel on a fwd car.

As a spectator . . . I much prefer the grassy plateau at Frederick.

But I gotta say, the low level video shots at Woodbridge look much cooler.

Here's my best run for the day . . . 46.33

I'd sure be interested in seeing a picture of a fwd car lifting a front wheel. ( I guess if you got up on the two outside wheels maybe)

I was trying to take a close look at the tires on the white M3.

Look up DSP bmws.....bicycling...literally up on two wheels in an autox course :o

As for my tires, they are 245/40/17 Hankook RS2s. I bought em on closeout about a year/year and a half ago. Unfortunately their heat-cycled out and I actually came to this event planning on using one of my four wipeaways. I DO NOT suggest them, if you could even find them. I wish I bought the closeout AD07s, way more grip and lot less complaints about them heatcycling out quickly. I noticed my RS2s were heat-cycled out after about 6-7 autocrosses and 1 track weekend at Summit with some daily driver mixed in. After february is when they took a noticeable downturn.

I rode in a friends m3 with Re01Rs and I was impressed, and apparently now the RE11s and AD08s have insane amount of grip for a street tire. I ordered a set of Dunlop Star Specs as im cheap in 255/40/17 for the rest of the season, will have em on for the next event.

this was a fun and challenging course. Too bad I could only stay for the AM.

Also, I noticed in the drivers championship points standings that I am not listed there. is there some certain criteria you need to meet in order to be listed?

nah being a cdc member only has to do with whether your listed in the points race. What is your number and name on the sheet?
