Looking forward to it.....hopefully have enough time to get the 285 R-comps on (not hoosiers :( ) without issue.... and be there Sat.

Quick question for those in the know......the T&T on Sunday.....is that just us or are we participating with another organization?

The T&T is run by CDC alone. It's just like the Saturday event, but with a lot more runs. A great way to get more seat time or trade cars with someone.

I owe a few folks some co-drives if anyone is interested in driving the Suxass.

damn! 285 R-comps, im assuming NT01s or RA1s? Should have quite the grip! Gimme a ride :P

I will be there for this event possibly with a few upgrades (in desperate need of some power), and doing a complete suspension refresh as possibly 150k mile old control arms, tie rods, end links and bushings will be replaced. Not sure yet if ill be doing the test and tune, seeing if maybe I can codrive one of my friends' cars.

PS- Ive never done this Harry Grove Stadium, what is it like, small, big, rocky, asphalt, concrete?

Don, you are welcome to co-drive the Suxass at the T&T. Same for you, Mike & Frank.

I believe Frank is committed to a previous "engagement" that day, but he'd probably rather be driving.

Well they did name it after me... What does the "P" stand for in PTD? I know what the "F" stands for in FTD.

Shaved R888's actually. Did a straight trade for my fairly worn star specs.....they should fit on the front without much work, but it will be a photo finish if the fenders need much work. We'll see....

Hey! Don't speak for me. I need to think about this. Hmmm, a chance to drive suxass. I always wanted to take suxass for a spin. Hmmm, I'll have to think about this one.

I guess Jacquelyn would be pissed if I tell her I picked suxass over our nuptials. Damn.

She is a obviously a VERY understanding woman but I'm thinking that in this particular instance you would be pushing your luck a little too far... Advice from a friend--Stick with Saturday only. Seeing your obituary in Monday's Post would completely ruin the weekend for the whole club.

Pax. Pssh if you think my m3 on street tires is anywhere close to your cobra your nuts. I would love to throw some 245 or 275 A6s on the M3 and see how she would do.

:o If your serious hell yes, maybe do it as the last event of the season? I am cosndering building one in 2-3 years. I rented one in vegas to get a feel for one and drove it around for the day, but the steering was awful and there wasnt much space (im 6'2) . It wasnt a factory five so I was going to go to the factory five open house next year to go sit in one and look at all the options. Im sure that one was just rough as hell, but goddamn was it awesome. I love roadsters/convertibles and a big engine, lots of tire, little weight and open headers makes me giggle.

Yes, Fred. Please do not drive your Cobra.

Think of how high your index score will be in a BMW on street tires

Why, you could end up PTD!

Dan, why go all the way to Wareham to sit in a Factory Five? You've got a wide selection of about the best sorted FFRs in the country right here every weekend.
