woah, dude. I'm also going to be there and also have a new used track car, which is also a 95 Mustang GT.

What are the chances of that ?

here's a pic, so you can spot me out there:

Hopefully I'll have my new rims for the track day.
Look for # 71.

At first I assumed you were sharing a car but now I hear that there will be two 1995 Mustang GTs at this event? True?

That's so cliché. Typical Porsche.

yeah. two different cars. But unlike my WRX, he didn't by the exact same year and color as mine this time. Well, same year, and model, but his is "bright" red where mine is "laser" red

Don't think I ever put more than one wheel off at a time :)

Probably Big Brother went off and coated me in dust  He's got a habit of going off, you know ;)

Maybe he needs a matching set of fancy wheels to help him stay on the track. ;)

Gonz,
you must have me confused with the yello "its not a Cobra" GT that went off in T1 :) . The dust, Pete, was from the dirt used to fill in the low spots after the repaving. I managed to stay on track the entire weekend, plus I only like to go off in the WRX since its got four wheel drive. ;)
Fernando.

I clicked the link above and it's a tiny, postage stamp size picture of your car. How cute.

What kind of camera/mount do you use? Is it a bullet cam? Nice angle!

Sorry I didn't swing by to say hi over the weekend. Pete and I tried but we couldn't find your car.

no problem. We were parked in quiet, grassy area beneath the shade trees. It's nice except when you need to jack up the car.

I did see Pete once or twice. I think he's now trying to figure a way to put 275 tires on a Miata  I really don't recall seeing a yellow Boxster out there ? Did you take another car?

and you are right about my camera. It's an inexpensive bullet cam. stuck to the front bumper ($65 on Ebay). I record onto a Mini DV camcorder secured inside the car. I've tried different angles, but the low one seems to work well.

That's great quality for $65.

I didn't drive that weekend. My car had a blown motor, so I only instructed.

Car is finally ready and I am heading up to SP this weekend with PCA. Look forward to trying out the new surface.
