Anybody thinking about going? Cause I am thinking about going.
Do you guys get nervous about doing track days that far from home without a tow rig?

I'm not nervous... because HONDA! I jst bring spare fluids and pads and some tools and zip ties and try to keep it on four wheels.
I'm not doing any racing in july or august. I detest the freaking heat and humidity. I am doing VIR in two weeks and then saying screw the mid east coast until september.

I may not be a regular anymore with CDC, but I run every NASA-MA event and if you guys ever need anything, please let me know. I remember starting out tracking and needing stuff (heck even a canopy to crash under with plenty of beer and fans to keep you cool). Tools are free to use, just ask I'll be coming back to play for fun wih a new DD project soon.
Easier to find a car in the paddock when you know what you are looking for:
White BMW M3 #186 with the white gmc 2500hd diesel and black 24' enclosed.
Car is a little bit different than when she started out when I autoxed with CDC, so clean back then

Good to hear from you, DJ. Are you doing door-to-door or time trials? My goal is to apply for a provisional TT license toward the end of this season and run with NASA-MA, so maybe i'll see you at the track.

I am thinking about coming, primarily because my buddy’s chump car team is down a driver for their august race. They asked if I could join but and I have never been to VIR. It is a different configuration but, I figure some experience there is better than none. I will demote myself to 2 so that I get an instructor though.
Mods: I have some. They make me I am now broke
