Konig is offering the 4x100 15x8 flatout to nasa racers for $70 a pop. Could replace every year or two at that price.

Wow! Is this what you found? http://www.nasaproracing.com/forms/nasa_konig.pdf
The wording seems a little more oriented to w2w folks but i don't see anything saying hpde/tt doesn't qualify... I had an assumption the discounts were just for folks doing w2w but it looks like you just need to be member, apparently I could have saved $100 on my bbk and 20% on hawks pads too could be worth a switch there given how fast I use them

I also found this paragraph (from http://www.nasaproracing.com/benefits):
Jongbloed Racing is proud to offer NASA HPDE participants a special membership benefit. Any NASA member who takes part in a weekend of HPDE activity with NASA during 2013 will qualify for a $500 discount toward the purchase of a complete set of 4 three piece wheels, or a $250 discount toward the purchase of a set of 4 one piece wheels from Jongbloed Racing wheels. Simply email a copy of your NASA receipt to Jongbloed Racing and you'll be granted your discount immediately. Visit http://jongbloedracing.com for more information.

So i talked to the guys at jongbloed and they make quite a few one piece 15" wheels 15x7/8/9/10 so I don't have to spring for 3 piece customs or volks to get top end wheels. Their standard offsets aren't ideal but the guy i talked to said they are happy to make some other offset ones and the prices were way lower than i thought ~200/per for 15x8 and just over ~110/per for 15x7.

I am taking some caliper measurements and if it pans out i will get their spec miata wheel in 15x7 (street/rain with 205s) and their porsche wheel in 15x8 (dry with 225s). They won't be the lightest due to spec miata min weight etc but as I learnt the hard way strength > weight savings on wheels!

I didn't but the 15x10 (offset of 0) were ~230 iirc and I would assume the 9 would be between the 8 and 10 in price. The default offset on the 9s was 35 i think. The 15x7 spec miata wheels are exclusive through PTS and on an intro sale which is why they are so cheap http://www.philstireservice.com/wheels/jrw-wheels/
The other sizes i think you order through jongbloed direct.

I can pm you his number if you want.

That's the same offset as the 6ul... These prices are before the $250 NASA discount? That's quite affordable... There's a number on the website. I should sack up and get a set + r-comp.

Konig just got back with me and said they are still offering the deal, so i pulled the trigger on a set of 4. My car is lighter and i'm running smaller tires, so i guess i am a little less worried for my integra than your R53. The Jongbloed wheels sounds good though.

Cool good to know. If I can't find a place to open up the jongbloed spec miata wheels i will probably go for the retrack (for the extra spokes) in 15x7.5. As it will be on 205 streets so shouldn't generate nearly as much grip. The jongbloed 15x8+ come in a bigger hub-bore so less worried about it for the nt-01s

Just throwing out an update as I heard back from Enkei after a few emails and they paid to have the wheel shipped to them:

"We did receive the wheel and have looked at it. In our inspection, we could not conclude that there is any manufacturing defect. We are sending the wheel to our factory in Japan. Because of that, we feel that we need to replace the wheel to be fair to you in this case, even though the wheel was used on the track and is therefore not covered by warranty."

Better than the "screw you track use isn't warrantied" they could have come back with.

Jongbloed new design, group buy.
I guess they analyzed it and everything, but I really don't like how close the hole is to the edge of the casting in the rendering of the four lug version.
