So I signed up to be a member at Summit Point on Saturday, took my money (damn it ), my name, address, etc...now I'm wondering if there's another step to the process?

If you didn't pick a permanent number, then Email Ed Chan what you would like your number to be - and he'll get back to you with whats available. Other than that, your good to go. When you sign up for the next event, you use your Car # which is also used to identify you as a member.

If you don't have your permanent number in time for the sign-up, just put a note that you are a member in the comments at the end of the sign-up form.

I joined at sp as well, I hope to see you all at the Bowie event that is coming up!
Am I to expect that ed will e-mail me when my membership is okayed?

Yes, I will add the new members to the roster and assign permanent driver numbers this week. I assigned the numbers in order, but if you want a particular number, just e-mail me at capitaldriving@yahoo.com and I'll e-mail you the numbers already assigned.

After I add the new members with assigned numbers, I will e-mail the new members with their assigned numbers and welcome them to the club.
