Saw Tropic Thunder Last Saturday. Although it got good reviews, I was expecting a stupid movie that wasn't funny. I was surprised! It was a Good movie that was super funny (but still a little stupid).
One thing I thought that was going to be dumb was that they are fighting the VC in 2008? Come on! However, the move explained it (won't spoil it).
In any case, I'd give the movie 3 out of 4 stars.

To me the film has the same effect as Napoleon Dynamite. The first time through there's a laugh or two but mostly you just think, "what???" The more you watch it, you realize how funny it is! farmer of lead! lol great film

I thought it was a despicable movie (caught it On Demand a couple days ago). I believe that some of the worst reflections of our society are shown in comedic film. On the other hand, I heard it was a great movie from several people...
