Event Pictures and Videos?

Is there someone who takes pictures or videos of events?

Most people who record video do in-car video. Search YouTube as there is a ton of it out there.

I suggest bringing a camera and ask anyone there to take photos of you when you are driving. Everyone is really nice. Just remember to get your camera back after your runs. In fact if you wish, you can ask any of the organizers to find you a "mentor" to help show you the ropes, ride with you, a person to hang out with, and they can show you where to buy the hotdogs and sausages!
