MSX: North American MotorSports Expo

Post by ACoopeR »

Has anyone been to one in the past or planning on going to the one in March?

It seems like it could be interesting and isn't that far of a drive; SCCA membership gets you free registration. Just looking for anyone thoughts/opinions on if it is worth going if I don't have a specific need in mind.

So the guys and I were thinking about going. The show management company that is putting it on for SCCA is actually one of our clients at work (we do expo management software) and I was gonna see if I could get some free tickets. Since it is free to SCCA members, it is kinda a moot point though. As I understand it, the expo portion is free, but if you want to go to the conference sessions, that is when you need to pay.

It would appear that as the racers ourselves. we are the target demographic of attendee, so the content and exhibitions should be pretty cool.

Ah I hadn't caught that the conference part costs money, which is indeed the part I was most interested in. Still, it doesn't seem like a bad deal though going by the session descriptions.
