Hey guys,
My name is Tom I am new to the CDC and plan on running my 92 civic DX. My question is I am currently running 195/50/r14) tires I wanted to know if running narrower tires (175/60/r13) would help me combat under steer. Extra info: The car currently has stiffer springs, new struts, LCA, upper/lower bracing, and rear sway bar.

Without changing your present setup, you can try higher rear/lower front tire pressures.
If you can change your setup, you can consider these:
More front camber
Stiffer rear vs front springs
Stiffer rear vs front anti roll bar
Wider front vs rear tire size
Weight relocation - front to rear (battery to trunk, etc)
Weight reduction - lighter front components (bumper, hood, fenders, etc)
