Any advice?
I have tried beating them with a hammer (45+ min)
I have tried PB blaster ... many times and it has been soaking for at least 6 hours
I have tried heat, more hammering more pb blaster, more heat and they wont budge.
Any thing else to try ... I really want to just drill lot of holes in the rotor hat to get more pb blaster in there.
I guess I'm back to hammering ... let me know if you got anything good to try
stuck brake rotors
Re: stuck brake rotors
update: I got one side ... apparently the parking brake assembly (disk brake in the hat (drum) of the rear rotor didn't want to give up. I adjusted the shoes so that they were the furthest away from the rotor as possible, but no only was the rust holding the rotor on, one of the shoes was "stuck" and when the rotor finally gave way the lining on one of the shoes came with it.
I need a break ... tomorrow = more hammering

Re: stuck brake rotors
I got both off and replaced the shoes for the parking brake ... If I could only adjust the parking brake properly.
Worth brake job ever... This should have taken two hours tops
