FS: 2005 WRX Wagon

Post by gimp »

Posting this for a good friend of mine. He bought a new car (kid hauler) and needs to move his WRX. Original owner, responsible guy, and only raced a few times (but he's so slow it's not really racing).

He's sending me more details later tonight, but it's arrest-me-red, about 114K (mostly highway commute) on the clock, and very well cared for. He's older than I am and has two kids, so you can assume he was responsible with the car.

Car has a Cobb AccessPort tune, Invidia catted downpipe, Cobb cat-back and airbox, Whiteline sway bars and rear strut tower brace, SPT front strut brace, Eibach ProKit, a bunch of other goodies (some new in the box), and probably some other things I can't even remember.

He has full records, and the car was always serviced at the proper times.

This would be a GREAT autocross/daily driver.

Price is VERY reasonable (shoot me an email if you want more details). He's a stand-up guy and it's a great car.

More info and photos later.

More details:

05 Subaru Impreza WRX Sport Wagon, 5MT, w/113k - CLEAR TITLE
Asking price is $11.5k
with all the parts (would highly prefer not to part out).

San Remo Red, Black interior
Single owner - purchased 9/04 w/6 miles, and used as primary kid hauler/commuter. I do NOT live my life a quarter mile at a time, and usually have cruise control engaged.

Car has been extremely low maintenance - right rear strut replaced under warranty back in 04, new battery in 2010, replaced two burned out parking signal bulbs in 2010, timing belt, water pump, and head gaskets earlier this year, and an o-ring for the AC two months ago. Regular fluid changes and brake jobs. Car has needed nothing else.

Very few dings (I always try to park in the far right spot of any parking lot row). Pics upon request.
15.9g of 93 octane included (i.e., full tank)

Performance:
Cobb AP v1; flashed with OTS Stage 2 (requires 93 octane)
