One of the guys in our hobby shop is leaving town to help his daughter for a year (she was in a bad car accident). He is now moving his car out of the shop, and we now have space to rent.
The shop is located in the Springfield/Newington area. The rent is $190 per month.
We also have another spot in the aisle for rent for $115 per month. There's actually only one spot but I can move my cars around to that either the $190 or the $115 spot can be available.
