1995 Miata, practically stock - excellent project base

Looking to sell my '95 miata, I wanted to do some work on it, make it something fun but we got 2 kids now so other priorities take over

Black/Black (could use a new paint job, clear is peeling off in a few places, it's noticable)
needs a new top (doesn't leak that I can tell but the zipper part is broken, not leaking inside the car for sure)
105k miles
impeccably maintained mechanically
md inspection (I'll get it taken care of)
JR catback exhaust
'upgraded' clutch (that's all the prev. owner told me, It's still in good cond)
randall-style cowl intake
New plug wires
interior in good condition, stereo works but could use a new one.
new rota RB 15x8 wheels
fairly new general tires (205/50/15 i think)
recent oil change, rear diff & trans fluid changed less than a year ago
will get new brakes & rotors (needed for inspection)
stock suspension

Do you have parts to return it to stock? Any (paper) evidence of impeccable maintainence? I've seen this on craigslist.
