I attempted to change the pads on my car and found the left rear caliper pins frozen, then when I tried to back the piston back out brake fluid started pouring out of the adjustment screw.
The right side isn't in perfect shape either.
Needless to say, I need a pair of 1.8 NA miata calipers and I need them ASAP.
Thanks,
Jeff

If you need them ASAP your best bet is to go call up Finishline Performance to get the good discount pricing and then drive to Rosenthal Mazda in Arlington and pick them up yourself (the two businesses are co-located within the same parts department). With the core charge refunded the price is actually cheaper than getting them through Mazdaspeed. I've replaced two sets of rear calipers in the past 6 years due to various leaks and seized internal handbrake adjustment mechanisms. IMO it's not worth the hassle of rebuilding them with new seals given the handbrake issues. Just buy new ones.

I think I have found rear calipers ... Thank you Joe Steward
I now need wheel spacers. I hope 5mm spacers will be enough.
Does anyone have any lying around they want to sell me.

http://radialtire.com/
radial tire sells some for really cheap, they're not hub-centric or anything, but they're fine for auto-x use.
I think it was like $15 for a pair or something.

And the mad dash for the season opener begins. I hope you find what you need in time. I find out what broke over the winter this weekend. Hopefully all I have are some flat spotted snow tires that I don't care about.

sadly (mostly for my wallet) it hasn't been a mad dash, its been a marathon this winter
